OpenActive

For OpenActive, I addressed a critical pain point in their development workflow by automating their website deployment strategy. Previously, they manually copied project changes to over 50 different client environments, a process that was not only incredibly time-consuming but also highly prone to human error. Leveraging GitHub Actions, I designed and implemented robust deployment pipelines that now allow code pushes to automatically and almost instantly deploy to all relevant environments. This transformation dramatically reduced deployment times from hours to mere minutes, significantly accelerating their release cycles and ensuring greater accuracy and efficiency in their operations.
